Avalon Prime Steakhouse recently opened inside ICONA Windrift in Avalon, NJ. The new restaurant needed some support with branding and creating collateral for its opening. Since Forge Apollo provides marketing support for ICONA Windrift as part of our work with ICONA Resorts, we were a natural fit to support their new restaurant opening. We created brand guidelines to help Avalon Prime Steakhouse establish its brand identity and keep it consistent across channels. This included designing a primary logo and variations, choosing a brand color palette and fonts, and establishing their tone of voice, brand positioning statement, and audience.
Avalon Prime’s marketing collateral required imagery of the restaurant and its offerings. So, Forge Apollo performed an on-site imagery shoot and expedited the delivery of the final assets for use across collateral.

We also provided graphic design for a grand opening email and built and sent it in their email marketing platform.
We designed three graphics to act as the pinned banner on their organic Instagram profile, as well as designing assets and writing copy for paid ads on Meta’s platforms.
We set up local listings for Avalon Prime on Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and many other platforms to ensure visitors could find the restaurant online and that they could start collecting reviews after opening.
